Send us your 20 -30 second video to us by email (available via our Contact page).

​

If you're looking for inspiration, check out Stanton's great example on our 'Pour Another Cup' page!

Please ensure;

  • It's #safeforwork - no cursing, no offensive or discriminatory language!

  • You are wearing something for your team - possibly a jersey or a cap?

  • It doesn't infringe any copyright or use anyone's intellectual property without their permission. In other words...the content is all yours!

  • You are willing for us to post the video to thegccb.ca site and share it via our social media

GCCB HQ will be selecting  a new video every Friday and uploading it for everyone to enjoy!

Would you like to nominate someone to be a  Great Canadian Coffee Break Great Canadian A' Cheever?

​

If so, here's what you need to do.

​

  1. Download a printable Great Canadian A' Cheever 'mask' by clicking on Gerry's pic above.

  2. Cut it out as per the dotted lines and then ask them to hold it in front of their face so you can take a photo.

  3. Send the photo plus up to 100 words, explaining why they deserve to be recognized, to {insert email]. Feel free to tell us their name or keep it completely anonymous. All we'd ask is that you'd tell us their hometown and province - we are going to be creating a map!
