In the small fishing town of Robin's Hood Bay in the U.K. , a strange visitor, asked....well demanded that all humans self isolate! One of the prime villains from the long running Dr. Who sci fi series patrolled the streets with commands for all humans to stay inside in that super creepy voice. The only thing that would have made this better would be if someone walked into the shot using an incredibly long scarf as a face mask!
