Canadian Senior Holds World Heli- Skiing Record!

You know those days you feel sore from a hard workout, or you can't bother getting up early to walk the dog? The first thing you need to do when this happens again, is to think of 95 year old Canadian Gordon Precious, who holds the Guinness World record for the oldest heli-skier ever.

From Hamilton, Ontario, Gordon has been hitting the slopes since he was 12, and has skied all over the world including runs in France, Italy, Switzerland, Iran, Lebanon, and Whistler and Mont Tremblant here in the Great White North. Gordon also helped start the Chedoke Ski Hill in his home town of Hamilton as well in 1964. An amazing Canadian legacy!

But it's the conquering of the Nectar mountain Cariboos of B.C. that put Gordon into the stratosphere of the Guinness Book of records. Take a look at this amazing run!

At 95, Gordon takes the record from his predecessor who was just a mere 91 years of age. What's next for Gordon? He has asked CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures that helped him achieve the record if he can return for his 100th birthday. Awesome.
